Merry Christmas from our Family to Yours. . .

As you can see our family is growing! We added puppies this year. Just one puppy really because the other four pups went to their new homes a few weeks ago. When the holidays make you crazy

So I told myself I would not stress out about the food, my house, or the boys running around like wild Indians this year. I would love my family and just enjoy our Thanksgiving together… Then I overslept and had a dream I forgot to cook the turkey. Things that make us feel better

We couldn’t have planned the birth of our puppies better. I didn’t have to find a safe space to pet a puppy during the election. I got to pet a puppy every day in my own backyard. Did this lower my blood pressure? Probably. Did the election upset me? Yes, I realize this is a first world problem, but I practically had to give up Facebook. Enough

It’s pruning time on our farm. For the past week, I’ve watched our new orchard radically change. I wish I’d taken pictures before the shears. But I’ll tell you about it.
